Lings Hyundai Service Promise

At Lings Hyundai your vehicle will be checked by manufacturer trained technicians in our state of the art facility. Our approachable and professional Aftercare Team will be on hand to answer any questions and offer any advice you might need, and will talk you through every step of the work completed on your vehicle as well as offering a few helpful tips you can perform at home to make sure your Hyundai is performing to its very best.

We also offer a range of Service Plan solutions to our Hyundai customers. If your Hyundai is less than a year old and is yet to have its first service, it will be eligible for the Hyundai Sense Service Plan scheme. This allows you to take the hassle out of car servciing for up to 5 years (including optional MOT testing for the duration of the plan) by paying in advance or spreading the cost with small, monthly payments starting from under £12 per month. Should you change you car during this time we will happily transfer the remaining balance of the plan to your new Hyundai. Simple really!

- Provide a professional recommendation if we identify any parts that require replacing

- Only ever replace additional parts with your permission

- Use genuine Hyundai parts; which all carry a 2 year,
unlimited mileage warranty.

- Call you to confirm when your car is ready

Our Technicians are Hyundai trained at the and undergo regular refresher courses to make sure their knowledge completely up to date with the latest developments in technology and tooling. Our team of Aftercare Advisors also recieve regular manufacturer training and have a wealth of knowledge and advice to offer. They will book your vehicle in, check the latest manufacturer bulletins for any outstanding recalls, and arrange a courtesy car if needed. If not they will be happy to arrange collection and delivery to your home or place of work for complete convenience.

For general repairs and concerns Lings is happy to help. If a light appears on your dash or you have a little ding give us a call and we can help out. We can advise and arrange whatever is required to get your car back into shape and get you back on the road - and when you book in for a service we’ll even be happy to give your car a complimentary wash and vac to really make it shine.
